Our Servers run a failover application that check our servers ever second. If a failure is detected our application will automatically route all server services (web, email, mysql, cpanel, etc) to the avaliable server, ensuring your website remains online. The following diagrams explain the process.

Standard Web Hosting

One server carries all the load. If it fails, then your whole website is down until the problem is resolved.

Our Clustered Failover Hosting

Our web hosting uses clustered servers, which means the work of your website is split between two servers. A Failover Application monitors both these servers, and because your website is mirrored on both, if a problem is detected with one, the Failover Application sends all website traffic to the other avaliable server. Meaning your website is not down for more than 2 minutes.
